Refund Policy

Please read this carefully before subscribing.

All sales are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the current billing period ends.

1. No Refunds#

InvoKeeper subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that all sales are final. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, prorated credits, or account credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused time on an active subscription;
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date;
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate charges initiated by your account;
  • Changing your mind after subscribing;
  • Lack of use, low use, or finding the Service does not meet your needs;
  • Account termination by us for breach of our Terms of Service;
  • Changes to features that do not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan;
  • Service downtime within our published availability commitments (none currently).

Why we don't refund. When you subscribe, we begin spending on your behalf: storage of your invoice history, client records, and uploaded logo; transactional email delivery; identity and session infrastructure; security monitoring; and the payment processing fees Stripe deducts from your payment (which Stripe retains in full even if we refund you). Those costs are incurred as soon as the period starts and are not recoverable. Cancellation, not refunds, is what protects you from being charged for time you don't want: cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. A free plan is available so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing.

2. How Cancellation Works#

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. After cancelling:

  • Future renewals stop immediately. You will not be billed again.
  • Your account retains access to paid features through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid (the “current period”).
  • At the end of the current period, your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the current period.

3. Annual Subscriptions#

Annual plans are billed up-front for twelve (12) months. The same no-refund policy applies. If you cancel an annual plan two months in, you keep paid access for the remaining ten months and are downgraded to free at the end of the term — no refund is issued for the unused months.

4. Failed Payments#

If a renewal payment fails, your account may enter a grace period during which we and our payment processor retry the charge. Continued failure will result in downgrade to the free tier. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

5. Mandatory Consumer Rights#

Where local consumer-protection law requires refunds in specific circumstances and cannot be waived by agreement, those rights remain available to you. This Refund Policy is not intended to override mandatory legal protections in your jurisdiction. Examples in some regions include statutory rights for digital products supplied with defects, or cooling-off periods for certain consumer purchases. To the extent such rights apply, they govern over this Policy for that specific issue.

6. Disputed or Unauthorized Charges#

If you believe a charge was unauthorized (for example, fraudulent use of your payment method by a third party), contact us immediately at support@invokeeper.com. We will work with you and our payment processor to investigate. Filing a chargeback for a charge that was authorized by your account holder is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination and recovery of associated fees.

7. Changes to This Policy#

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice.
