Stripe's standard processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per card payment in the US, 0.8% (capped at $5) for ACH. We don't add anything on top. The fee comes out of the payment before Stripe pays you out.
Yes. Send as a quote, get the go-ahead from the client, then click Resend on the quote row and switch to Invoice mode. Same record, no re-typing.

Yes, on every plan. Take a percent or a flat dollar amount off any single line, off the whole invoice, or both. Each discount can carry a reason that prints on the invoice, and the totals break out the items subtotal and the line discounts so your client sees exactly what changed. You can also save discounts to reuse: one on Free, five on Starter, unlimited on Pro.
Only on the free plan, and only a small "Generated by InvoKeeper" line in the footer. Starter and Pro invoices are clean and unbranded. Add your logo and the document is entirely yours.
Volume, not features. Free covers three invoices a month, and every one of them can be emailed with the PDF attached, carry a Stripe pay link, and appear in your history. Paying lifts the cap, puts your logo on the document, removes the small InvoKeeper footer line, and unlocks more designs. Pro adds recurring invoices and automatic payment reminders.
Not much of one. The first time you open a page, a short guided tour points out the parts that are easy to miss. You can replay any tour from the Help page whenever you want.
Your data stays put. We don't delete invoices, drafts, clients, or your uploaded logo when you cancel. You drop to the Free plan's limits, and your paid-tier history is held in our database. Resubscribe any time and everything reappears exactly as you left it.
Yes, and the reply goes directly to your inbox, not ours. The From address shows your business name. The Reply-To header routes responses to your profile email.
Stripe's standard payout for new accounts is about 7 business days after the first card payment, then 2 business days for everything after. You can switch to weekly or monthly payouts from your Stripe dashboard. The money goes straight to your bank account, never through us.
